Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge of materials used in the prefabrication and civil construction industries.
- Strong understanding of the prefab and civil industry market and supplier network.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Candidate Should Have
- Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in estimating for prefabricated cabins, modular buildings, containers, or the construction industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating tools.
- Ability to analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for prefabricated cabins and containers, including materials, labor, transportation, and related services.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to determine the scope of work and identify potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, production teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.
- Analyze project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize estimates while maintaining quality and compliance.
